Parkinson's Disease Support Group
The Parkinson's Disease Support Group is held on the last Wednesday of each month at 6 PM in the Melvin Yahr Library on the 14th floor of the Annenberg Building at The Mount Sinai Medical Center.

Traumatic Brain Injury Women's Support Group
A monthly gathering place for women to discuss their cognitive and emotional needs, grapple with challenges common to female survivors of brain injury and to learn from the experiences of their peers. Group members remark that when they come to group, they feel understood, at ease and accepted, something often lacking in their everyday relationships.

Alzheimers Support Group
The Alzheimer's Disease Research Center offers several support groups in both Manhattan and the Bronx.

Sarcoidosis Support Group
Monthly meetings allow patients to voice their concerns, share experiences, learn about new diagnoses and therapy, and meet the staff of pulmonologists, dermatologists, ophthalmologists and radiologists who participate in their care.

The support group maintains a hot line to answer all questions 212-241-8733. You can be added to the mailing list by leaving your name and address on the hotline. There is no charge for belonging to the support group.

Autoimmune Liver Diseases Support Group
The Autoimmune Liver Diseases Treatment program offers regular support group meetings in Manhattan.

Sexual Assault and Violence Intervention Program (SAVI)
SAVI assists sexual assault and rape survivors and significant others through on call night and weekend emergency room volunteer support and advocacy, provides individual and group short term counseling to survivors and conducts a community education program on sexual and domestic violence.
